Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Standard Ground

Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 4-8 business days. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2-5 days and are subject to an additional $15 delivery fee.

Second Day

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11:00 AM CST will arrive in two business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Next Day

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11:00 AM CST will arrive the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST will ship the next business day.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping: Ships via UPS Ground or USPS Priority — fully trackable.

Expedited Shipping: Ships via UPS 2nd Day Air — fully trackable.

Express Shipping: Ships via UPS Next Day Air — fully trackable.

*For oversized products a minimum charge of $20 will be applied to Standard and Expedited shipping. Express shipping is not available for some of our largest products.

Warranty Orders

If you are ordering with a warranty code, please select the Free Shipping method at checkout. Your package will ship with our Standard shipping method.

Shipping Promotions

Orders that qualify for Free Shipping will ship with our Standard shipping method.
