Warranty

CADHEX's products are created to last a lifetime. Warranty terms vary by product and are listed below. Our warranty does not cover damage that occurs as a result of failure to follow proper care and use guidelines as outlined in product inserts or on our website. Our warranty is limited to the original customer with proof of purchase and is non-transferrable. Commercial/restaurant use is not covered under any warranty. CADHEX will replace any damaged products covered by the lifetime warranty; however, the customer may be held responsible for return shipping fees.

Cookware

CADHEX cookware products carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects. Damage from improper use including excessive heat, abuse, neglect, improper storage, misuse of sharp utensils, improper cleaning, improper seasoning, or use in a foodservice setting is not covered. Cosmetic blemishes and normal wear and tear are not covered.

Cutlery

CADHEX cutlery carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects. This warranty does not cover damage from improper use or storage, accident, loss, or theft. Damage from cutting on hard surfaces, prying, twisting, bending, cutting frozen foods is not covered. Conditions not covered: dulled blades, pakkawood handle damage, rust, discoloration, and bent/broken/chipped/snapped knife blades.

HexMills (Pepper Mill, Salt Mill, Tabletop Salt/Pepper Mill Set)

CADHEX's grinder products carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects. This warranty does not cover damage from improper use, abuse, neglect, improper storage, use in a foodservice setting, or damage caused by acidic or corrosive products such as salt in the pepper grinders.

BBQ Tools

CADHEX BBQ tools carry a warranty against manufacturer's defects for a period of two years. This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, use in a foodservice setting or cosmetic damage.

Mixing Bowls

CADHEX mixing bowls carry a warranty against manufacturer's defects for a period of one year. This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accidents, oven use, dishwasher use, use in a foodservice setting or cosmetic damage.

Splatter Screen

The CADHEX splatter screen carries a warranty against manufacturer's defects for a period of one year. This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accidents, oven use, use in a foodservice setting or cosmetic damage.

Aprons and Totes

CADHEX Aprons and Totes carry a thirty day warranty against defects in workmanship and material. This warranty does not apply to damages from not adhering to care instructions, neglect, accidental or intentional damage, normal wear and tear, exposure to hot dryers or irons, bleach or other harsh cleaning chemicals.

Apparel

CADHEX Apparel products carry a thirty day warranty against defects in workmanship and material. This warranty does not apply to damages from not adhering to care instructions, neglect, accidental or intentional damage, normal wear and tear, or exposure to bleach or harsh cleaning chemicals.

Wood Products (Cutting Boards, Bistecca Plates)

CADHEX wood products carry a thirty day warranty against defects in workmanship and material. This warranty does not apply to damages from neglect, accidental or intentional damage, normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized repair, exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity, or use in a foodservice setting. Our warranty does not cover cosmetic imperfections in wooden products.

Steamer Basket Set

The CADHEX steamer basket set carries a warranty against manufacturer's defects for a period of one year. This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accidents, oven use, use in a foodservice setting or cosmetic damage.

Kitchen Tools

CADHEX Kitchen Tools carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects. This warranty does not cover damage from improper use, abuse, neglect, improper storage, use in a food service setting, or damage caused by exposure to direct flames or temperatures above 450°F (232°C). Normal wear and tear is not covered.

Limited-Time and Limited-Release Items Warranty Policy

At CADHEX, we stand behind the quality and durability of all our products, including limited-time and limited-release items. CADHEX reserves the right to replace limited-time or limited-release items with a comparable item. The replacement item may differ in color, finish, or customization from the original product.

Disclaimer and General Warranty Terms

EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE, CADHEX MAKES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCT SOLD BY IT, INCLUDING ANY (A) WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR (B) WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE, OR OTHERWISE. ALL WARRANTY PERIODS BEGIN THE DATE THAT PRODUCT IS RECEIVED BY CUSTOMER.
